Peradeniya Agros 95 Alumni Association congratulates Mr. Ranga Pallawala, one of the alumni of our group who has assumed duties as the Climate Finance Advisor of the Commonwealth Secretariat. Ranga is a well-known international climate change and climate finance professional. He will be based in the Caribbean region attached to the Commonwealth Climate Finance Access Hub.
Before the new position, he was working as the Chief Executive Officer of Janathakshan GTE Limited.
